Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for an established sales professional looking to further their career with an Corporate Account Management role within the Business Development & Growth Team at Remarc, the leading training provider in the North of the UK.
Starting with a portfolio of existing accounts your role is to maintain and develop these relationships, cross selling and up selling additional Remarc solutions and networking to identify additional points of contact within your account base. 50% of this role will be development of existing accounts and 50% prospecting for new business.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop business from existing CRM Database to achieve KPI and revenue targets.
• Generate leads for the recruitment and Learning & Development teams.
• Communicate our latest promotions to clients and ensure low-fill courses meet the required capacity.
• Build strong internal relationships with training consultants and support staff.
• Manage forecast and pipeline of business to provide accurate sales projections to the board of directors.
• Quality manage scheduling of and administration relating to your clients training courses.
The desirable candidate will be a motivated, proactive, target driven sales professional with a minimum of 2 years B2B solution sales experience preferably working with the public and private sectors.
Experience within the training industry is preferable but not a prerequisite.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, flexibility, excellent organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment are essential. Experience facing clients and delivering presentations as well as previous involvement in tender processes will be highly beneficial.

• Identify client’s needs over the telephone or schedule face to face meetings to discuss training needs analysis and provide quotations for learning solutions based on your assessment.
• Lead tender processes and compete for PSL agreements.
• Communicate our latest promotions to clients and ensure low-fill courses meet the required capacity.
• Develop business from existing CRM Database and generate leads and referrals.
• Build strong internal relationships with training consultants and support staff.

Working alongside a regional team of Account Managers your role is to build upon existing relationships to cross sell accredited and bespoke training solutions such as Leadership & Management, Communication Skills, Personal Effectiveness Skills, Executive Coaching and NLP.
Key Role Responsibilities
• Qualify leads from Account Managers and schedule face to face meetings to discuss training needs analysis and present proposals for learning solutions based on your assessment.
• Generate own business from the existing database, cold call prospective clients and gain referrals from existing clients.
• Lead tender processes and compete for PSL agreements.
• Build strong internal relationships with training consultants and support staff.
• Manage forecast and pipeline of business to provide accurate sales projections to the board of directors.
• Quality manage scheduling of and administration relating to your clients’ training courses.
The desirable candidate will be a motivated, proactive, target driven sales professional with a minimum of 2 years B2B solution sales experience, preferably working with the public and private sectors and having experience with a variety of sales cycles.
