ITIL® v2-v3 Bridging

The ITIL v2 – v3 Bridging courses focus on the areas that are new compared to the previous ITIL® Service Management syllabuses, and those that have significantly changed since earlier versions.

For the Managers Bridge, you’ll need to hold the Manager's Certificate in IT Service Management at an earlier ITIL® version. The v2 – v3 Foundation Bridge is only intended for existing holders of ITIL Foundation Certificates from earlier ITIL versions.
