Our consultants have a wealth of industry experience and of recruiting their own staff at major organisations. We empathise with your challenges in recruiting key staff, we understand the poor quality of some recruitment agencies and consultancies – and we use this to our and your advantage. We’ll work with you however you want us to. Be prepared for some pleasant surprises along the way! • Recruit or Train?
We work side by side with Remarc’s training divisions and by leveraging both our training and personal development teams’ expertise, we are in a unique position to address your skills shortages. We will help you investigate and assess whether your requirement is for training or is a recruitment issue. We have the luxury and unique ability to consult with you and make sure that your skills shortages are met in the most appropriate manner –we’re not under pressure to sell you recruitment services when training would be more effective.
• Recruitment with Training, Training with Recruitment
All our permanent recruitment services also come with an element of future free training for the candidate! Your choice of IT, Programme/Project Management, Service Management, Help Desk and/or Professional Skills training. Of course, that also means that you can now employ the person with the best cultural fit for your organisation (which we’ll help you assess!) even if their technical/professional skills need developing. For all candidates it means you can add to their skills and benefit your organisation. The offer also works the other way round…all our training clients are entitled to substantial discounts on any recruitment placements Remarc makes for them.
• We Train, You Retain
One of the biggest costs to organisations is staff retention. One of the biggest causes of staff leaving an organisation is lack of professional development. You’ll minimise both with Remarc because each of our permanent placements comes with that free training – and discounted future training on top.
